David Peretz- a teacher, a writer, a musician….no…not a musician…he is a special musician. His fusion between the Missisippi blues, japanease hiku, love, hate and living in Israel`s suburbs all come as a sand storm from Be`er Sheva.

His new album: “Hiku Blues” is out at the indie label- “Hiss Records“. You can read the proccess of making the album both on Hissrecords blog and in David`s blog at “Notes”.

It sounds so special, the tender and soft music and on the contrary songs with richness of horns and violins.

The deep voice of David that sometimes clash with the soft voices of Tal Oren and Noa Babaioff (Bell).

It is so unique that words cannot describe, it is so enchanting that you can get addicted.

Two days ago, I went to his show in Tel Aviv, you could feel the warmth coming from David to the audience and back…magnificent !!!

Now you have to choose: You can either buy it or you can hear it (and than buy it…)

in the meanwhile you can watch the trailer to his DVD (or as the Hisses calls it- DVD peretz)
